Advanced Metabolic Physical Training (AMPT): is a method of training that incorporates strength and cardiovascular training. The body's fat burning engine is lean muscle mass and we need to stimulate that engine with strength training. Using a method of High Intensity Interval Training we will stimulate that engine.
